Soil Verification Sampling
When chemicals spill into the environment, immediate clean up is necessary. This can include the removal and decommissioning of Underground Fuel Tanks (UST).
Soil verification sampling ensures that adequate cleanup has taken place and groundwater has not been impacted.
To verify that no chemicals have spilled into the surroundings, a tank inspection and soil sampling must be completed.
If groundwater is encountered within the excavation, a sample will be collected and analyzed in addition.
ASC have participated in the removal and verification of numerous USTs and chemical spills. We are confident we can help you manage the risks. If soil and/or groundwater are found to have been contaminated by the chemical spill, we will work with you to determine the recommended remedial action by preparing a remedial action plan and excess soil management plan.
