Environment Investigation,

an Environmental Investigation was conducted to understand site-specific subsurface conditions in greater detail. This included installing and later decommissioning 11 deep monitoring wells (26'–120') in accordance with Ontario Regulation 903. These efforts helped identify and mitigate potential contamination pathways, ensuring the site was ready for safe redevelopment.

Phase One & Phase Two (ESA)

As part of due diligence for redevelopment at 65–85 Raglan Avenue in Toronto, ASC Environmental Inc. first conducted a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). This involved reviewing historical land use, environmental records, and conducting a site visit to identify any potential environmental concerns. The findings indicated past uses and surrounding activities that warranted further investigation.

Following the Phase 1, a Phase 2 ESA was carried out to assess soil and groundwater quality through subsurface sampling and monitoring well installations. This phase confirmed the presence and depth of monitoring wells and provided essential data to evaluate site conditions and potential risks. It laid the groundwork for appropriate remedial or management actions.

Highlights
